Favourable location to the lively port of Mutrah which is in fact a suburb of Muscat, easy to get anywhere. And very close to the hill, and Mutrah harbor. Comfortable room with coffee, a very large bed and tea. Very good and excellent breakfast with variety of food.

Clean pool, parking on site. Big bed, reasonably spacious bathroom and climate control, a private safe and flat-screen TV in the room. Particularly good location, within walking distance of everywhere.

The room was NICEly decorated and it had a shower, hairdryers and soft bathrobes, that's cool. The location was good and perfect for getting around, as a bus stop was within walking distance from the hotel. The area was pretty quiet, a brilliant place for me.
Wi-Fi was slow, made me a little nervous.

We stayed at Riyam Hotel for 3 days during our visit to Mutrah. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. The convenient location, just a 15-minute walk from the lively port, made it easy for us to explore the area. We also appreciated that the hotel helped us rent a car, allowing us to venture beyond Mutrah. a great experience and we would definitely stay again.

Lovely welcoming and quiet hotel located in a fairly nice area near to Muttrah and Riyam and the corniche, the souk, and other key sites in Mutrah. Satisfactory breakfast with a great selection of different food. Marvellous and tranquil location, just close to Majan College, thoroughly enjoyed this place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Riyam Hotel for a week. The hotel's location on top of a hill was perfect, offering easy access by foot to the Mutrah souq. The swimming pool was a sweet retreat with a breathtaking view. The spacious twin room, equipped with a balcony and fridge, was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, and I truly appreciate their assistance. I cannot wait to return next week!
